what should i choose soccer or education?PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!?

im good in both studies(3rd position in class) and in soccer(team captain) . I really want to become a famous soccer player and i am dead sure i have what it takes to be one. The problem is that i live in a country where soccer isnt famous and is not in an international level . My mom wants me to emphasis more on education and to become an engineer. Although i want to go and try for a big team( like manutd) and become a soccer player. My grandpa approves of it but my mom doesn’t .PLZ HELP ME WHAT SHOULD I CHOOSE!!!!

You know a lot of good players come from a small country. You said “i am dead sure i have what it takes to be one” then be one. If you really love soccer then go for it. Or after soccer you can take classes on whatever you wanted to be.

That’s actually my dream… im the smartest in my class actually taking my A levels this year, and im the team captain.
But i live in Asia and there is no chance i can get into a big club in europe so all you need is luck if you have it well you should never miss this chance!
Education to back you up, because your not always going to be athletic and you may not get to be the big soccer player you want and your brain s better when your young to get your education. Maybe you can try soccer as a side hobby. Or maybe go into teaching and become a coach for soccer so you can be around the sport you love.
i say do both go to school but in the meanwhile work at becoming a soccer player. so if being a soccer player dosen’t work out then you will have something to fall back on.
hey its not r choice its yours and if you want soccer that much then go for it just don’t make the wrong choice and i am positive that people need a education but remember its your choice and yours counts the most so thank it through

education but try to be well in soccer if your really good a team or college might want you to play for them and that’s your road to become a superstar.think positive and never give up
Well, you could always take night courses for college, so you could keep up with your soccer. This might sound corny , but these days , education is most important. Take the night classes or get an online degree, because if things don`t work out playing soccer , you need something to fall back on and with a degree , you could get a higher paying job.Or you choose your education now , while getting better at soccer between education , then move to a country or join a team . You could always choose soccer , but if that doesn`t work out , men ( or women ) will always get higher paying jobs with a degree. I hope that helped , but just know that if you turn your back on education , you`ll regret it forever.
Cool i play soccer and want to be an engineer… im stuck too.
but for now what im thinking is really just finishing high school and after that get more into soccer when im out in the world (old enough to live by myself)

what I’m saying is do education first, because doors close really fast in jobs… but if you love soccer like me, soccer will always be everywhere.

Soccer as an alternative if you can
My cousin has the same problem and everybody tells her what to do.
She says soccer and they say education. Education is important but so is following your dreams. Do what you think is right and at least have a fall-back plan in case it doesn’t work out. Hope that helped!
